Remembering Dayton Hultgren, Conscious, Compassionate Leader & Mentor
There is a rare occasion that some of us are lucky enough to experience in our lives: meeting a mentor who sees you, who takes you under their wing—who sees all of the goodness and potential you possess and makes it their personal aim to play a role in helping you become the very best version of yourself.
Dayton Hultgren was one of these people. I remember the very first time I met him.

Fundraising for a New Era Certificate at Winona State University
Fundraising for a New Era is a new online educational offering from Winona State University and Growth By Design. From concepts in fundraising to cultivating a confident mindset, this 16-week program will equip students with the knowledge they need to adapt and excel in this rapidly changing philanthropy environment.
What's Different? Students will enjoy the flexibility of an online learning platform while also engaging in bi-weekly facilitated sessions with seasoned experts in the field. In addition to the fundamentals, content for the course will include topics like emotional intelligence at work, personal money beliefs and biases, and coaching your team to overcome mindset barriers.
